Our first priority as a Canadian distributor for PUMA® GmbH in Solingen, Germany is to bring you quality PUMA Knives that will give you years of dependable service.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, email us for a return authorization within 30 days of date of purchase.  Upon receiving the returned product in unused condition in its original packaging, we will give you a full refund (excluding all shipping costs.  Make sure to leave the Rockwell sticker on the knife if you might return it).  The item(s) need to be sent back to us via a tracked and insured method of shipping, and you will need to send us the tracking number when you ship it back.

All PUMA knives are manufactured from high-quality materials. Constant quality controls guarantee the highest quality.

The control number (production year) is either stamped or engraved.

Any defects in material or workmanship are rectified free of charge within 5 years from purchase date (shipping charges excluded).

This warranty does not cover complaints arising from incorrect usage, storage or wear.

NOTE: If sharpness, cut performance or appearance of our knives decrease a little with time, we offer you an economical service of resharpening and restoring. (see also: Repair Service).
