Domestic Shipping Policy

     Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time go out the same day (Monday - Friday).  Orders after 12pm will be shipped the next business day at the latest.  ~ Unless otherwise posted ~ Please note that due to Covid-19, Canada Post's shipping volumes have increased significantly.  For the time being, guaranteed delivery dates are estimates only.  Please contact us at info@pumaknives.ca if you have any questions.

     We fulfill our orders with Canada Post.  Domestic shipments will have the option of only tracked shipping through Expedited, Xpresspost, or Priority Shipping.  

International Shipping Policy

    We are proud to be able to ship to our customers internationally (except to those countries within the European Union), but please make yourself aware of your own countries laws.  Some countries do not allow for importing knives.  Each customer assumes all risk for the value of the shipment (contents of the package, and our shipping costs) if it becomes confiscated at the border upon entry to your country. 

     The customer assumes all responsiblities to pay all duties, taxes and import fees (if applicable) levied upon import.  Check with your own local governing authority if you are unsure if these fees may be applied to your shipment. 

     Please ensure the accuracy of your postal address at checkout.  If the package is deemed to be undeliverable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 

     The customer will be required to pay for all return or replacement shipping costs if an item must be returned or replaced.

     International shipments will be fulfilled with Canada Post shipping services.  If you would prefer your packages to be shipped via DHL or Purolator, please contact us at info@pumaknives.ca prior to ordering.  We can get you a quote for shipping and a separate invoice can be sent to you with the cost of your preferred shipping method added to the total.  

     Please be advised that "Canada Post Small Packet International Surface" and "Canada Post Small Packet International Air" are economical methods of shipping internationally, but they do not come with tracking numbers.  If you require tracking, please select either "Tracked Packet International" or "Expedited Packet International" (Expedited is preferred if your shipment is valued at over $100).
