With PUMA's new series, which includes four different boning knives and a skinning knife, you are well equipped when it comes to separating meat from the bone. Regardless of whether rough preparatory work or fine cutting tasks are to be performed, it is always important that the blade can be guided close to the bone so that unnecessary damage to the piece of meat is avoided. That is why PUMA's new boning knives are equipped with either slightly flexible or rigid blades in various shapes and lengths, depending on the intended use. Since sharpness and edge retention as well as corrosion resistance also play a decisive role, the blades of these new PUMA knives from this series are made of German kitchen knife steel according to DIN WN 1.4116 (X50CrMoV15). The handles made of the high-quality as well as acid-resistant plastic "polypropylene" are, as usual for professional kitchen cutting tools for hygienic reasons, seamlessly molded onto the tang. Made in Solingen!
