The blade of this limited edition knife is 240mm long and 6mm thick, etched with beautiful oak leaves and a lettering designed to bring you back to the foundation of the company in 1769. The handle area with it's oak scales, framed by a fingerguard and a nickel silver bolster, is also of the finest quality. The oak wood is thermally treated and has superior advantages over untreated wood in terms of dimensional stability, surface hardness, resistance to rot and cracking.
